I am not able to meet with you today. If you want I can meet with you Monday to review your exam. You received a 0 on homework 6 because you submitted the exact same work as ****. That is considered academic dishonesty and the rule is that you receive an F for the course if you commit academic dishonesty. I gave you the benefit of the doubt because you appeared to be trying in the class. I have reviewed homeworks 4 and 5 now also and they too appear to match ****'s work. Also, the additional files you accidentally submitted for exam 4 look very similar. We will also need to discuss this on Monday. Please let me know what time you can meet.

No sir i did not committed any acedemic dishonesty sir , in home work 6 i helped **** because he was not aware of the gui thing so i helped him by showing my program i didnt knew that he would do that to me Sir , i am innocent . Sir, This is my first quarter and i got 78.9 marks i need only 1.1 marks for that to get me B grade Sir please i request you next time if any one is dying in front of me also then also i would not help that person . Sir , please sir give me some marks it was my effort sir and i am suffering for that.

There is absolutely no chance that I will raise your grade for the fall quarter. Since grades have already been submitted, I would have to present the case to the department head and explain why you deserved a higher grade. After reviewing all of your work in detail, it is clear to me that you do not deserve a higher grade. You have submitted the same work as **** for Exams 3 and 4, and for homeworks 4, 5, and 6. This is incredibly blatant academic dishonesty and to claim otherwise is an insult to me and the department. Even if it is true that **** copied your work, you are at fault also for sharing it with him, especially during exams. The academic dishonesty policy states:
Any act of improperly representing another person's work as one's own (or allowing someone else to represent your work as their own) is construed as an act of academic dishonesty.
If you wish to discuss this further, then you and I will have to schedule a meeting with the department head to review the work you and **** have submitted and you will receive an F for the course.
